Combining organic beauty and robotic images, Damon Soule creates pieces that are comfortingly familiar and yet eerily foreign at the same time. Soule uses bold combinations of color and incorporates geometric shapes into many of his images. While many of his pieces are completed with acrylics and spray on canvas or wood, he has also made sculptures out of cardboard and designed vinyl figurines in conjunction with KidRobot. His work can be found painted on the walls at the Hotel Des Arts in San Francisco and printed on clothing. Soule has also been highlighted in several gallery exhibitions.
